Free Graph Paper – Page 2
Print the graph paper on vellum paper to use as tracing paper to trace existing blocks from books or magazines. Or print on regular paper, draw your design and make copies as needed. When making copies keep in mind that some copiers may distort the block, making it slightly longer or shorter in one direction. If you are using this graph paper for blocks for foundation paper piecing always make your copies from the same original drawing. You can lighten or darken your copies so the grid will either disappear in the background or show, whichever way works best for you.
When printing the graph papers, make sure Do Not Scale or 100% is checked in the Print Dialog box. Measure the 1" Test Square to make sure they printed correctly.
Click on the pictures to open a PDF file for printing. Be patient as these files may not open quickly depending on the type of internet connection you have. If you have trouble opening the file, right click on the picture and choose “Save Link As” or “Save Target As” to download the file to a folder on your hard drive. After printing the files, hole punch them and place in a 3-ring binder for future reference. If you don’t want copies of the sample blocks, just choose Page 1 to 1 instead of All in the Print Dialog box.
